We don't recommend the road that comes from the twin lakes as it crosses small villages with many dangerous turns. The recommended route is via Singaraja.

From 2PM to 7PM. Whenever possible please contact via WhatsApp our housekeeper (Putu) on +62 813 3734 5308, to inform her of your estimated time of arrival. In case you plan to arrive late at the villa we can organize a self check-in with a key box.

- Putu (housekeeper): from 9AM to 3PM (available to work extra hours (cooking, child care) upon request). 

- Ikang (maintenance)

- Hendra (pool maintenance). Will visit twice a week.

Note: if you need more privacy you may ask our staff to not come to the villa every day. However we need a minimum regular presence of our staff to take care of the water tank, pool , general maintenance and garbage collection. Thank you for your understanding.

Please contact +62 877-6290-2572 via WhatsApp if you wish to have one or two professional masseuses coming to the villa for massage service. The usual price is 150k Rp per hour. Putu can also organize for you and contact the masseuses directly.

The water in the villa comes from a source of fresh water. There are three filters in the technical room, so the water is normally safe to drink.

We have also installed a water dispenser. The 19L container is returnable and can be replaced in many shops for around 25k IDR at the expense of the guests.
